YOGA

A way to the heart....

What is YOGA ?

Yoga is a path that tries to connect the individual Soul with the universal Soul.

There a many forms of Yoga so we can become lost in these many possibilties.

They all have the same goal...coming home to whom you really are.

And yes we can remember this...

So we will let us inspire by Yoga Vedanta or the non-individual way.

Guidance

Being together, let it happen

Leaving the thoughts for what they are

Sunken in the absolute self

in being together we are taken on a loving journey to the self

Who am I? According to Ramana Maharsji the question that ultimate leads to our true nature.

Resting in not knowing

I am Lotte Spittaels and I am a graduate student on the yoga academie of Lennik 'Saraswati ' www.yogasaraswati.be
Its 4 years of training where we get in contact with integral yoga.

We let us inspire by Yoga Vedanta or the non-individual way.

Personaly I am fascinated by the medthod of Self-inquiry (sri Ramana Maharashi ) and by Mooji (a comtemporary way living of the awakende soul) with whom I was last year in India.

I work as a farmer on a biodynamic farm where human, animal, plants and the element beings and the univers connect whith eachother.

Mother nature is a big inspiration and guide.

During the yoga class I want to take you and a loving journey through 'being'. These classes will be based on experience, will be built up intuitively and consist of a story of attitudes and philosophy.

Welcome!

“Come, come, whoever you are,
wanderer, worshiper, lover of leaving,
it doesn't matter.
Ours is not a caravan of despair.
Come, even if you have broken your vow a hundred times.
Come, come again, come.”
